Always great service and friendly staff It's wonderful to find a place that offers vehicle servicing with such a welcoming atmosphere. The staff's friendliness surely makes the entire experience more pleasant and less stressful. Having a positive interaction with the team can make a big difference in customer satisfaction. this is the second time in a month or so that SK have "gone that extra mile" to address an unexpected mechanical problem for me in a very timely fashion - same day service in fact. I always do the regular maintenance service with them because they are thorough, professional and very friendly. A detailed multi point inspection report is provided with every service. Their rates are very competitive. Just want to say thanks to Chuck and Tim for taking a look at my battery and alternator when my battery light turned on unexpectedly. When there was no issue to be found, I was in and out in under 10 minutes with no charge. Top notch work from a reputable business.
Booked an appointment during the busy season, let me cancel and rebook without any trouble, did the repair for an affordable price, diagnosed and fixed another issue, and installed a new bulb in a hard to access location for no cost. They know cars and I found them to be trustworthy and fair, I couldn't have asked for more.
