Fast and reliable service from the team at Quantum Marine. Dropped of a motor that needed a full service and needed to address some faulty seals and gaskets. Couldn't ask for better customer service from Josh. The only place I would recommend to go on the sunshine coast for marine repairs. The fabrication going on in the shop looked top notch and would highly recommend them for your next boat project. Cant say enough about the fast turn around time for this motor really appreciate the service.
Dropped boat of for new engine installation. Quoted 2 to 3 days for the job. A week later I had to contact them. Found out wrong length throttle cables were ordered but the had the right ones. A week later I had to call again to find out status. Was told they would call back. Never heard a word. Showed up the next day. Told it would be done in 3 more days. Called again in 3 days to find out status, was told they had the wrong prop and the new display was not working. Told a week more for that new part from Ontario. No effort to contact me throughout the process with updates, no callbacks when promised. Very poor customer service. Definetly seeking other Mercury dealer for future.
Brought the boat in for some engine work. They were busy but provided me with a reasonable quote. Couple weeks later the boat was brought in and after additional examination found some other issues that definitely needed attention. They found me an awesome deal on some as new parts. Work was done. Bill was transparent. Holiday and staff were super friendly, got my boat back way cleaner than when it was delivered.
Used Quantum to order some parts and was very impressed with price, availability and delivery. Everything was packaged great for delicate items and shipped same day. Prices are great, service and knowledge have always been awesome. Quantum is always my go to boat shop.
