Excellent service by a very knowledgeable mechanic. The car was ready on time and the cost was very fair, less than expected. Will never go anywhere else to have my car serviced and/or repaired.
Outstanding knowledge and service. We had a rather concerning knocking and rattle on the front end of our Mazda, and although Trevor and Allison were fully booked up for a few weeks, they both kindly arranged for us to visit the shop immediately in the am to determine if the issue was critical or could simply wait for the next open slot for the fix. Trevor studied and diognosed the issues and advised. We just got our vehicle back and it is such an improvement. Final bill came in under original estimate and fix completed earlier in the day than expected. Genuinely agree with all of the positive reviews - great experience Sean and Ashley - Coasters
Hands down the BEST mechanic I've ever experienced in my time as a car owner, and coming from Ontario, I've experienced several. Trevor and Allison are a solid team who ensure that the work is not only top notch, it's truly honest. Whenever I've taken my car for repairs, I'm given choices for parts price points along with a thorough explanation of what work needs to be done. Not only that, if there is a more cost effective option, or if work isn't immediately necessary, I'm told up front. There are never surprises with Honest T's and I always feel great confidence when I drive my car off the shop lot. Thank you so much Allison and Trevor! PS. Came in with a 2006 Dodge Dakota, check engine light was flashing. Trevor, the mechanic, came out to check the code for me. Lots of great advice and instructions for how to deal with the issue. He’s booked solid for the next month for good reason. Awesome guy, super knowledgeable and great customer service. I’ll be going back whenever there is an issue with my truck. Thank you!
