We wheeled in to this shop at close to 4:00 in the afternoon after a long day of travel. We were trying to get to Earls Cove, and had picked up a piece of metal in the tire off the ferry deck. We could hear the air coming out, and were losing air pressure quickly. Canadian Tire had turned us away, so we made it to Kal Tire. They were busy, and at the end of their day, but they took us in for the repair. We were on and off the hoist within 20 minutes, and made the next ferry to home. Friendly, and accommodating! Thank you so much! It was a long day of medical appointments, and we just wanted to get home. You all rock!!
Give Kal Tire 5 stars for their service and reasonable price. Brake job done. Work done to high safety standards and given heads up on a problem I will need to attend to. Their may be some bad reviews here but bad days happen and not everyone is happy. I am happy and give a thumbs up and recommendation. Elbows Up Everyone! Keep Happy! ; ) Just to update the review here. I remembered about a year ago I had a front tire on my little Backhoe leaking on the rim. Took it to Kal. They fixed it with no charge. Karma on the rebound!
Excellent service! Kind, honest and reliable. So grateful for the great team that works there and for fixing my car, they went above and beyond. So very helpful and i so appreciate all of them!
My go to place for any tire related issues. Even a brake job! Dropped off my backhoe tire to fix a leak at tire rim. Kal installed a tire tube and issue gone. Happy and price reasonable. Good service!
Dishonest service and an attempt to upcharge. I showed up for to replace a punctured tire and was told the full set needed to replace or else the full drivetrain would need replacement within weeks. Turns out a new tire was within tolerance and, after several months and contrary to their advice, the car is fine. An easy $1k saved on a full set of new tires, don't waste your time on their opinion.
