Dishonest service and an attempt to upcharge. I showed up for to replace a punctured tire and was told the full set needed to replace or else the full drivetrain would need replacement within weeks. Turns out a new tire was within tolerance and, after several months and contrary to their advice, the car is fine. An easy $1k saved on a full set of new tires, don't waste your time on their opinion.
Just left the sechelt kaltire. Had my abs and traction control lights go on a couple days ago. Phoned and they got me In the same day. Checked the codes and gave me some options on the fix. Mostly it was letting me know that it's not going to cause me issues. They could replace the sensor but if the abs module needed reprogramming, that's a Job for gm. Let me know there was one in town, again. Letting me know my options for the problem. All in all. Gave me peace of mind to continue my trip, if the problem persists, letting me know there was a gm near by to take the assist. Thanks guys! Good to have an honest shop around while traveling.
Kal Tire helped pull a rabbit out of a hat and common-sensed around an uncooperative car dealer. Dallas did so pleasantly and efficiently, and kept me in the loop. 5 Stars!
Went in without an appointment, to see about a leak in my one tire which were installed brand new at another Kal tire location, they got me in right away at no charge and were very friendly & knowledgeable did not make me feel intimidated at all. And I have an appointment to come back and get the rims cleaned and new valves installed which should of been done at the other location , and again that will be no charge . Thank you Sechelt Kal tire
