Went in without an appointment, to see about a leak in my one tire which were installed brand new at another Kal tire location, they got me in right away at no charge and were very friendly & knowledgeable did not make me feel intimidated at all. And I have an appointment to come back and get the rims cleaned and new valves installed which should of been done at the other location , and again that will be no charge . Just left the sechelt kaltire. Had my abs and traction control lights go on a couple days ago. Phoned and they got me In the same day. Checked the codes and gave me some options on the fix. Mostly it was letting me know that it's not going to cause me issues. They could replace the sensor but if the abs module needed reprogramming, that's a Job for gm. Let me know there was one in town, again. Letting me know my options for the problem. All in all. Gave me peace of mind to continue my trip, if the problem persists, letting me know there was a gm near by to take the assist. Thanks guys! Good to have an honest shop around while traveling.

They were great! Friendly and honest about the services I needed. Very reasonable price. It might be because they're located in a small town but I'd trust them with my car. Also had good advice for my tires that wouldn't necessarily make extra money for them. Respect.
