***EDITED*** I originally gave 5 stars. I am very happy and impressed with Haley Dodge, especially Nic. I live in the interior about 6-7 hours away from the dealership, Nic and the team made my purchase extremely easy and painless! Any questions or concerns I had were answered in a very timely fashion. They even had my car delivered to me. Thank you Nic, Sydney, Chris and the rest of the Haley Dodge team. You all are amazing! I will definitely buying my next vehicle here. EDIT: I was still happy with the car I bought BUT I am not happy that I wasn’t told that absolutely no other dealerships would touch the car because if they did my warranty would be void. The closest Mitsubishi dealership to me is over 3 hours away in Kelowna. Needless to say I went to Kamloops and traded the Mitsubishi in on another vehicle. Be wary people, whatever brand of vehicle you are intending to buy be sure that you have a dealership close to you that will work on your potential purchase. And no I will not be buying a vehicle from there again! Do your research before you buy.

Bought a 2019 Grand Caravan in 2019. We took it to their service department for regular maintenance for the duration of the warranty. Recently took it in for service and upon inspection of their reports have discovered that they flat out LIE about completing their detailed inspections. I personally replaced ALL 4 BRAKES AND ROTORS within the last 30 days. Can you tell me how in the world my brake pad widths (according to them) would be the exact same as it was on last service report from 4 months ago ? They ALSO charged me for fluid top ups and they were clearly NOT DONE. They have the most expensive service on the coast, costing over $200 with no additional services being done for a full service oil change.
