Really impressed. The appraisal was done right away, the costs were exactly as we had expected. Installers showed up ‘on time’. Cleaned up properly and left us with a window that’s ’top notch’. Naomi and I really appreciated the professionalism.
I had an issue with the windshield seal for my truck and wasn't sure how to handle it. Justin took a look and advised me of a quick fix that he could do to remedy the issue. After a fast treatment, he checked the rest of the seal for any issues and advised me on how to handle things if it happens again. Great and friendly service at no charge!! Glass Doctor was the answer I was loking for. I needed the glass in our windows replaced, they were hazy due to age and I didn't want to do the frames, they were fine. Glass doctor was fast efficient and cost effective. Zack gave great service. I will use them again, things went so well that I am now planning the rest of my windows.
Firstly let me tell you what a great job the Glass Dr. crew did in replacing four large fixed pane windows at our home on Galiano Island. They arrived on time, introduced themselves to my wife and I, were well organised. communicate well between themselves and were efficient in their work. They polished the windows, cleaned up and removed all materials and the old windows. We are most happy with the overall work. What made this replacement difficult was that the four windows were on the cliff side of the house. By using a long ladder and working from the inside where possible the crew was able to complete the work in 3.5 hours.. I will continue to refer customers and my clients to the Glass Dr
