We just had bodywork done at Gibsons (Richies) Autobody and couldn't be happier. I found them to be helpful, obliging and do a great job at a reasonable price. A friend recommended them and I'm glad he did because I saw two negative reviews so were hesitant to use them, but I think there has been a change of ownership.
After a year long terrible experience with another auto body shop in Sechelt, it was so refreshing to have Richie's Auto take care of the remaining repairs needed on my car. Summer went over the top to assist in car rental, even picked up the car for me to make the rental care free, and contacted ICBC for me. Once the parts were in, the job was finished quickly, professionally and at my convenience. Wish i had known to go there in the first place and saved myself a lot of headache and frustration.
I would give this business 0 stars if I could. Ownership has changed in 2016 and new owners have NO IDEA about anything to do with auto repairs. They can't speak English and provide the worst service. You are putting your vehicle at danger by taking it to this shop. They absolutely should not be operating a business.
DO NOT go here. I had to pull my car out of the shop not finished, scared of all the lies from Troy and management. Zero stars.
