I needed to replace ten year old tires on a new-to-me used car. The staff at Coastal Tire took the time to explain the options available and suggested what they felt would be the best fit for my vehicle. The tires arrived within 48 hours; the installation staff in the shop were efficient, respectful, polite and even had a sense of humour! The new tires made a world of difference to the car's ride, and cost hundreds of dollars less than the quote from the dealership in Vancouver. I will definitely be returning to Coastal tire, not only for tires, but also for all of my routine automotive maintenance needs in the future. Professional and respectful service, competent staff, reasonable prices.......why would anyone go anywhere else?

Fast, courteous, even adding in a bit of a surprise benefit! The guys at Coastal Tire & Mechanical did a quick and professional job on my wife's leaking back passenger tire. Patched it good almost as new and had her back on the road in probably 10-12 mins. Excellent service and customer care!
I've been dealing with this company for five years. They have serviced both my vehicles, a small motorhome and a very late model, standard Toyota. The service is friendly, ethical, without gender/age bias and the workmanship terrific. I have sent visitors there needing an emergency repair and they have always been helped. I've never dealt with a more welcoming, professional an effective full service car repair.
This place is a gem in the woods! I came in with a flat tire and damaged rim due to a put hole in the road. I was helped immediately and they even fixed my original Volvo rim and did not try to sell a new one like most other places do. The staff is very dedicated and their prices for new tires are affordable. These guys take their time to explain things in detail and they really want to help their clients. I am so glad I found them! Excellent service!
