The tires arrived within 48 hours; the installation staff in the shop were efficient, respectful, polite and even had a sense of humour! The new tires made a world of difference to the car's ride, and cost hundreds of dollars less than the quote from the dealership in Vancouver. I will definitely be returning to Coastal tire, not only for tires, but also for all of my routine automotive maintenance needs in the future. Professional and respectful service, competent staff, reasonable prices.......why would anyone go anywhere else?

Fast, courteous, even adding in a bit of a surprise benefit! The guys at Coastal Tire & Mechanical did a quick and professional job on my wife's leaking back passenger tire. Patched it good almost as new and had her back on the road in probably 10-12 mins. Excellent service and customer care!
I discovered a screw on my front tire on a ferry ride to the Sunshine Coast. Based on the good reviews and proximity to the ferry terminal I chose to pay a visit. I received quick, professional and quality service. Even though the shop was very busy, they got me in and out in under 30 mins and saved the day and my tire! The folks here are fair and honest.
I've been dealing with this company for five years. They have serviced both my vehicles, a small motorhome and a very late model, standard Toyota. The service is friendly, ethical, without gender/age bias and the workmanship terrific. I have sent visitors there needing an emergency repair and they have always been helped. I've never dealt with a more welcoming, professional an effective full service car repair.
