Exceptional service, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Not your average or above average auto parts store. The gold standard of service, I think. We were visiting the area from Ontario looking for parts for our daughters car and the staff made us feel better than home. Really a 10 star example.

This place is great! Much better than the Vancouver branches. I come in with all kinds of odd ball things, mostly from boats. Alysha will always find it for me. Even if she is unsure, she will look into it and get back to me. Never takes more than a few hrs. It's incredible customer service like that, that keeps me coming back.

I just had the most amazing shopping experience thanks to Alysha and Belinda! They went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for, answered all my questions with a smile, and made me feel like a valued customer. Their knowledge and passion for the products was truly impressive, and their friendly and patient demeanor made me feel at ease. Both of them are definitely a true asset to Lordco, and I can't recommend them enough! My favourite branch of Lordco. Very knowledgeable staff and always there to go the extra mile to find the part you need. Always very welcoming with a special mention to Alysha who always seems to know exactly where to find even the most random parts!! Pop in and say hi to the best staff!!
